Problem

A large amount of labor and agent fees, etc is needed when people who leave their stores or offices search for people who use it instead. It is also the same when people who need new stores or offices search for them.

To solve this problem, the client wanted to create a matching platform for properties before that go up for renting.

The client also had the idea that the platform would enable each individual to match their choice of properties and save them the trouble of finding them manually.

Solution

In order to respond to customers’ requests, we have started from requirements definition to development and operation. In development, we implemented a message function in order to create an environment in which individuals can be matched and traded easily. The message function has been designed to make it easy for the users to understand the complex deal procedures.

Result

By using the website, their work efficiency was improved and the client succeeded in reducing the operations costs. In addition, the number of customers has increased, and the client is very satisfied with this project.
